1. I am interested in working abroad. How can I apply?
ROMAR assists jobseekers in finding job opportunities abroad. You can send us your resume by filling in our online application form through our website: here.
2. What are the requirements in applying for a job?
Submit your updated resume with a detailed job description and application letter with recent 2x2 photo. Make sure you include your contact details such as cell phone number or your land line number. We will contact and advise you on your application status and additional requirements.
If we find a potential job for you, we will request you to submit scanned copy of relevant documents such as Education Certificates, Transcripts, Licenses and other certificates. If our clients require, we will also conduct a psychometric tests on the qualified candidates or recruits to assess individual interests, abilities, aptitude and personality.
In terms of job experience as requirement, it depends on the position you are interested to apply for. However most of our clients do require a minimum of two years of experience in the chosen field.
3. Do I need to go for an interview?
Once your profile matches a potential job, you will be asked to undergo an initial interview and assessment. Depending on the results of the initial interview, short-listed candidates will be called for a second and final interview.
Initial assessment and interview may be facilitated online via skype for applicants residing outside Metro Manila.
4. How long does it take to find a job abroad?
Finding a job abroad depends on the availability of the job.
5. If I am selected, who will take care of processing my papers?
ROMAR facilitates the processing of required documents such as relevant medical examinations, POEA clearance, OWWA membership, PDOS and etc.
6. How much will ROMAR charge me?
Based on the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), they allow recruitment agencies to collect a placement fee equivalent to one month salary of candidates Except to Clients or Countries where collection of Recruitment Fee or Placement Fee is prohibited (www.poea.gov.ph).
